May Be Peroperative And Postoperative Tonsillectomy Haemorrhages Decrease ?

Reactive tonsillectomy haemorrhages that showed in the especially intraoperative and postoperative stage is taken form a problem for patients. 24 hours and one hour before tonsillectomy was given tranexamic acid to our patients with this aim. It was seen that peroperative and postoperative reactive haemorrhages were decreased. We ascertained a meaningful decrease according to X2 test in the related tests that done after and before tranexamic acid.

İntraoperatif ve Postoperatif Tonsillektomi Kanamaları Azaltılabilir mi*?

Özellikle intraoperatif ve postoperatif dönemde görülen reaktif (sızıntı tarzında) tonsillektomi kanamaları hastalar için problem oluşturmaktadır. Bu nedenle hastalarımıza tonsillektomi öncesi 24 ve 1 saat kala traneksamik asit yapıldı. Sonuçta hastalarda perioperatif ve postoperatif reaktif kanamanın azaldığı görüldü. Traneksamik asit enjeksiyonu öncesi ile sonrası arasında yapılan kanama ile ilgili testlerde X2 testine göre anlamlı düşüş saptandı.
