Bilateral blindness with same foreing bodies : Case report

Ocular trauma is a major cause of monocular blindness in both the developed and developing world, but is not seen as a significant cause of bilateral blindness. There are some studies about bilateral visual impairment or blindness with some foreing bodies in traumas. But, we not found any study about bilateral blindness with one foreing body. In this study, we presented a cese who had bilateral blindness with same foreign bodies.

Göz travmaları özellikle gelişmekte olan ülkelerde en önemli tek taraflı görme kayıbı nedenlerinden birisidir. Travma nadiren bilateral görme kaybına neden olur. Bu çalışmada literatürde tespit edemediğimiz aynı yabancı cisim ile meydana gelmiş bilateral körlük olgusu sunulmuştur.
