An Investigation of Anxiolytic Effects of the Chemical Derivated From Mercaptobenzimidazole.

In this study, it was investigated the anxiolytic effects, continued time and acute poisonousness of the chemical derivated from merkaptobenzimidazol in open field test in mice (genetically identified BALB/C , C57BL/6 and genetically unidentified). This agent was injected into periton at 0.01-30mg/kg doses (the control group receiwed 0.9% saline solution). This chemical agent markedly increased physical activity in BALB/C, but did not change in the C57BL/C. However this agent showed physical activity for 3 hours and anxiolytic effects in unidentified mice at 1.0mg/kg doses. In the acute poisonousness study, this agent is not poisonous, showed the LD-50 1.16 gr/kg, LD-16 0.77 gr/kg, Ld-84 1.70 gr/kg.

Merkaptobenzimidazol Türevinin Anksiyolitik Etkisinin Araştırılması

Bu araştırmada bir merkaptobenzimidazol türevinin açık saha testi ile farelerde (ırk belirli BALB/C, C57BL/6 ve belirsiz ırk) anksiyolitik etkisi, etki süresi ve akut toksisitesi incelenmiştir. Bu madde İntraperitoneal yolla 0.01-30.0 mg/kg dozlarda uygulanmıştır (Kontrol grubuna ise serum fizyolojik uygulanmıştır). Bu maddenin BALB/C ırkı farelerin hareket aktivitesini yükselttiği, fakat C57BL/6 ırkı farelerin hareket aktivitesini değiştirmediği; 1.0 mg/kg dozda etkisinin üç saat sürdüğü ve ırkı belirsiz farelerde de anksiyolitik etkisi saptanmıştır. Akut toksisite deneylerinde bu maddenin çok zehirli olmadığı, LD16'nın 0.77 g/kg, LD50'nin 1.16 g/kg ve LD84'ün 1.70 g/kg olduğu belirlenmiştir.
