The Antihypoxic Effect of Newly Discovered Chemical Derivated From Mercaptobenzimidazol

In this study, it was investigated the antihypoxic effect of chemical derivated from mercaptobenzimidazol. We newly discovered in our laboratory in genetically unidentified mice. This agent was investigated in the hematic hypoxia (1.0, 5.0, and 10.0mg/kg) and acut hypobaric hypoxia (0.1, 1.0, 5.0, 10.0, 20.0 and 30.0mg/kg). This chemical agent showed an antihypoxic effect in the acut hypobaric hypoxia (5 and 10mg/kg) and a hypercapnic hypoxia (5mg/kg). However this chemical did not show any antihypoxic effect on the hematic hypoxia.

Yeni Keşfedilen Merkaptobenzimidazol Türevi Bir Maddenin Antihipoksik Etkisi

Bu araştırmada, laboratuvarımızda yeni keşfettiğimiz merkaptobenzimidazol türevi olan bir maddenin ırkı belirsiz farelerde antihipoksik etkisi incelendi. Bu maddenin hematik hipoksi (1.0, 5.0 ve 10.0mg/kg), hiperkapni ile etkilenen hipoksi (1.0, 5.0 ve 10.0 mg/kg) ve akut hipobarik hipoksi (0.1, 1.0, 5.0, 10.0, 20.0 ve 30.0mg/kg) zamanı araştırıldı. Bu maddenin akut hipobarik hipoksi (5.0 ve 10.0mg/kg) ve hiperkapni ile etkilenen hipoksi zamanına (5.0mg/kg) antihipoksik etkisinin olduğu, ancak hematik hipoksi üzerine antihipoksik etkisinin olmadığı belirlenmiştir.
